- 에너지이용합리화법 제39조의2(수입 검사대상기기의 검사) (Energy Use Rationalization Act, Article 39-2(Inspection of Imported Machinery and Equipment subject to Inspection))
- 시행일 : 2017.12.3(Date of enforcement : Dec. 3, 2017)
- 검사신청자 및 수수료납부자(Applicant for Inspection & Fee Payer) : 제조업자(Manufacturer)
검사대상기기(에너지이용합리화법 시행규칙 제31조의6)
Machinary and Equipment subject to inspection(Enforcement regulations of Energy Use Rationalization Act, Article 31-6)
- 보일러(Boiler)
- 강철제보일러(water tube, fire tube, etc.)
- 온수보일러(Heating boiler)
- 압력용기(Pressure vessel)
- 1종 압력용기(class 1 pressure vessel)
- 2종 압력용기(class 2 pressure vessel)

검사의 종류 및 적용대상(에너지이용합리화법 시행규칙 제31조의7)
Type of inspection and application(Enforcement regulations of Energy Use Rationalization Act, Article 31-7)
- 용접검사(Welding Inspection, W.I.)
- 동체ㆍ경판 및 이와 유사한 부분을 용접으로 제조하는 경우의 검사 (Inspection in case of fabrication of body, end plate and similar parts by welding, plus design Inspeciton)
- 신청서류(Application Documents)용접 부위도 1부(Welding diagram, 1copy)설계도면 2부 (Design drawing 2copies)강도계산서 1부(Strength Calculation sheet, 1copy)
- 구조검사(Structural Inspection, S.I.)
- 강판ㆍ관 또는 주물류를 용접ㆍ확대ㆍ조립ㆍ주조 등에 따라 제조하는 경우의 검사 (Inspection when fabricating steel sheet, tube or casting current by welding, expansion, assembly, casting, etc. , plus design Inspeciton.)
- 신청서류(Application Documents) : 용접검사증 1부. 다만, 용접검사를 받지 아니하는 기기는 설계도면 2부를 첨부하고, 용접검사가 면제된 기기는 용접검사 각 목의 서류를 첨부(Certificate of Welding Inspection 1copy. 1 set document of Welding Inspection will be required to summit, in case of exemption items of Welding Inspection.)
